Our intention is to provide a space for all people to come together in healing, love and community. A place to hold space for one another through all of life's ups and downs, celebrating the joys as well as sitting together through the pain, learning to process all emotions effectively. Yoga is not a distraction or a way to get away from one's life for a while, but rather, a tool to be used to really dig deep into one's life, to feel every moment fully and completely. It is not about theatrics or acrobatics, it is about being wholly well. We intend to reach out and help as many people as possible to find their own power within and the strength to love and heal themselves, creating wellness from the inside out through movement, breath and community connection.

For our heated classes, we use far infrared radiant heating panels in complement with a forced air heating system. Infrared or radiant heating is simply the transfer of heat from a warm object to a cooler object. The heat produced is a product of a completely safe spectrum of light that is invisible to the eye. Just as the sun heats us, the panels radiate sun-like warmth to bodies, rather than heating the air. If you've ever been to a heated class which uses forced air heating, you will be able to tell the difference immediately upon walking into our yoga room. The air temperature will be comfortable warm but the radiant heat of the panels will work to create a hot yoga room environment that you will feel from the inside out! 

Here are just some of the many known benefits of far infrared radiant heat: 

  • Healthier than traditional heating systems because the panels do not blow dust or allergens into the air. They do not release any emissions, chemicals or pollutants, thereby helping to keep the air clean and clear for easier breathing. The water used for humidifying the room is reverse-osmosis filtered, creating an extremely clean and healthy environment in which to enjoy your practice.

  • Promotes and increases blood circulation and oxygen supply levels which can help reduce chronic muscle and joint pain and inflammation, ease joint stiffness, promote relaxation and induce better sleep

  • Boosts and strengthens immune system

  • Strengthens the cardiovascular system

  • Retains higher levels of oxygen in the air and heat is evenly distributed. No hot or cold spots!
